Malaysiakini : ANOTHER BLACK MONDAY In Financial Market.

Dow Jones Industrial Average down -777.68 points. Another BLACK MONDAY. For me whether this is an opportunity to accumulate some of the shares, we still need to monitor the global market reaction. I would prefer that our share market will react in a panic selling situation and then I will only consider accumulating.

Stocks suffered a massive sell-off in U.S. after the House of Representatives narrowly failed to approve a USD 700 billion rescue plan for the U.S. financial system.

The Dow Jones industrials fell -777.68 points, or 7%, to 10,365.45 points. It was the biggest point loss ever for the blue-chip index and the biggest percentage loss since Sept. 17, 2001, the first day of trading after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.

A check on the charts suggested that it is hardly for the KL Composite Index to break the recently low level of 963.29 points registered on 18.09.2008 but who know it is just 36 points above the 1,000 points levels. So anything can happen this few days.

My article on Sept 24, 2008 (Where KL Composite Index Next Destination ?) where I posted a chart of KL Composite Index might heading to, suggested that it might occur with a down first and then only it will move up in the near terms. It was based on the movement of the KL Composite Index previously.

How will the DJIA react tonight ? Another round of selling ? I would say that the DJIA is heading towards 9,500 points more or less in the near terms.

This is just my own points of views. I still see some opportunity in our share market but it will depend on the global world market reactions towards Dow Jones Industrial Average this few days. By the way SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDIL FITRI to all the Malaysian people.

GOOD JOB from our Malaysia Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Rais Yatim when he voiced out our country concern and lambasted the American as well. During 1997 Asian Financial Crisis, the American has lambasted our former prime minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad so hard for rescuing the Malaysia Financial Market system and now you see what has happen in United States ? This might be the karma for them.

NEW YORK, Sept 28 (Bernama) -- Malaysia has voiced concern at the United Nations over the recent attempts by the United States to question its national law and administration of justice.

"We could, if we choose to question the legal basis of Guantanamo Bay detention without trial, but we did not in as much as we do not question societal behaviour in other jurisdictions," Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim said.

Rais was speaking at the 63rd general assembly of the world body here Saturday, in place of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak who had earlier cancelled his trip here.

"It needs to be restated -- we have no right to meddle, in any form of manifestation or under any pretext or circumstances, in the conduct of the internal affairs of other countries," said Rais.

Washington has warned Malaysia against any "politically-motivated" investigation or prosecution of Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, saying that the rule of law needed to stand above politics. Anwar, who is Parti Keadilan Rakyat adviser, is currently being charged in court of sodomising a former male aide.

Rais said that certain societal behaviour might be acceptable in one country or region but not in another, saying, while "same-sex marriage are acceptable in California", sodomy is a crime in many Asian countries.

Rais said that democracy in Malaysia remained vibrant and progressive, and that the rule of law via Parliament remained central to Malaysia's existence as a sovereign and independent nation.

In his address, Rais also compared the present financial crisis suffered by the United States to the Asian financial crisis in 1997."The troubles of Asian companies then was the result of outside forces, while the present troubles of US financial companies are entirely of their own doing.

"It is to be asked, why were the actions taken by the governments of Asia, in particular that of Malaysia, to save our own companies a decade ago deemed so wrong while the present bailout of US financial companies are deemed to be right?" he said.

In Washington, the US Congress and the Bush administration are negotiating a US$700 billion rescue plan for its ailing financial industry, the largest bailout since the Great Depression.

The rescue plan would give Washington the power to purchase bad mortgage-related assets from US financial institutions for the next two years.

To ensure the debacle did not recur, Rais called on the international community to "check the excesses of the so called `financial wizards' whose alchemy has resulted in so much suffering".

He said Malaysia supported the view that corporate captains should not sap their entities by having unbelievably high pay packages.

Malaysiakini : Teresa Kok. Last Week Heroine, This Week Lousiest.

This is the price for a MP or YB need to pay when things spoke out from our words was getting out of hand. If we take a look on today incident, two Molotov cocktails were thrown into her family home in Taman Rainbow, Jalan Ipoh at 2.55 am Saturday. Luckily no one was hurt in the incident.

A warning letter containing threatening words and vulgarities was also attached to one of the bottle’s which was left outside the house. The contains of the letters says ; “WOI TERESA BABI !!! LU JAGA SIKIT. JANGAN SUKA CARI PASAL … NANTI GUA BAKAR SAMA LU DENGAN LU PUNYA FAMILY, PAHAM !!! CIBAI LU... TERESA KOK”.

With the current situation, Teresa Kok said that her family members are shaken and now fear for their lives. With the police reports being made also can't help a lot. Only the police would increase their patrols in the area to avoid such incidents in future.

From the day she being released until now, most of the newspaper even the Chinese newspaper also quoted YB Teresa Kok mention about the food inside the detention. During her press conference she mention that :

" So.... I can tell you the food is a worst arrr... or... maybe similar to DOG FOOD. There was one day they gave me two boiled eggs for lunch, two boiled eggs for dinner and some kuah ...and a... and a...some cucumber ..and that is my lunch and my dinner."

These are the exact words come out from YB Teresa Kok speech during her press conference. The next day when the article appears in the newspaper, many of the villages' people in my place were talking about her released and the dog food.

Some even said how lousy and how bad our government was but some of them even against YB Teresa Kok statement about the dog food. Please listen to her press conference video clips on her words about DOG FOOD.

They said they were totally disagreeing with her statement because the foods that were served to her not even similar to dog food. Some of them even claim that the food that was given to her is much better compare to low income earner or poorer people.

These are the words that come out from other people point of views. No doubt most of the people in my place like her very much but yet they still disagree with the statement made by YB Teresa Kok. She shouldn't have mentions that the food being served to her was similar to a dog food.

No doubt her intention was good in the first place but the message she intended to send to the government has hurt the feeling to those people who are trying to earn very hard for their living and survive with the current inflation.

In her blog there was an article she wrote : "Haiyah... no matter what I said about the food in the detention center similar to the dog food or slightly better than the dog food, the meaning of it still the same, the food in the detention center was very bad."

YB Teresa Kok might not even know that during her press conference statement about the dog food, the next morning it has already hurt other people feeling. But what to do ? The damages have already being done. In the first place she should have said that the detention food was very bad and was unhealthy to those who consumed it.

Malaysiakini : Lim Kit Siang. He is Stupid or Just Being Clever ?

Lim Kit Siang - He is Stupid or Just Being Clever ? These are the question that we need to ask MP Lim Kit Siang. I'm not supporting DAP or MCA when I want to write this article.

These few days when I was reading some articles in the newspaper, all the sudden I read an article on the newspaper about MCA was asking Lim Kit Siang to apologize for making a false allegation against MCA.

I was so surprised to find out why MCA party request Lim Kit Siang to apologize ? When I made a research on his blog, I find an interesting article title (Is the MCA Operative who lodged the report triggering Teresa Kok’s ISA arrest a MCA member?)

It was an unfair statement comes out from MP Lim Kit Siang when he accused that MCA was the reason behind that trigger YB Teresa Kok being detained under ISA. Why MP Lim Kit Siang asking this kind of question ? For what purposes ? Another MPs looking for popularity ? I really don't understand why he was throwing this nonsense allegation towards MCA.

What kind of this stupid allegations ? To be a clever guy or to create a ethnic hatred between the chinese people among the Malaysian ?

The statement was so irresponsible from a leader like him. We are staying together in one country and this allegation shouldn't happen in the first place.

I don't know whether he was just asking a question or just throwing an allegations but from his message shows that he was throwing an allegation towards MCA.

In my article (please refer : Tuesday, September 16, 2008 Malaysiakini : A SHOCKING FIND. TERESA KOK NOT GUILTY. PART 4 and Wednesday, September 17, 2008 Malaysiakini : A SHOCKING FIND. TERESA KOK NOT GUILTY. PART 5) already suggested that the detention of YB Teresa Kok was mainly cause by the irresponsible journalist and the newspaper Utusan Malaysia reports which trigger her being arrested. Not only that, during YB Teresa Kok being released, she mentions that the main cause of her being arrested was link to the newspapers article and reports (please refer : Detention is political Teresa Kok website)

In his article (I accept challenge of a legal suit) Lim Kit Siang says that threats have been issued to institute legal proceedings against him over his statement that the police report by a MCA Operative triggered the Internal Security Act arrest of Teresa Kok. Now he mentions that he will accept the legal suit. Now he really wants to become a hero.

I was so disapointed with his allegations. Politician always a Politician. They never stop create a new episode or a continuation of never ending story. Hai.... what to do ? This is how Malaysia Politics works.

Malaysiakini : Facilitate An Early Transition Power. GOOD NEWS

The Umno general assembly and party elections, which was scheduled to be held in December, has been postponed to March next year to "facilitate an early transition of power".

Umno president Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said the party's supreme council, which met earlier today, had agreed to have the general assembly postponed but party's divisional elections would carry on as scheduled starting Oct 9.

However, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said he would only make known his decision on whether to contest the party presidency within the next two weeks. “I have not announced any decision to contest at this point of time and intend to do it before the divisional meetings”. He mention that the reason for the postponement it to facilitate an early transition.

This is good news to all the Malaysian. I hope in this two weeks times he will announce an early transition of power to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. The share market sure will react positively if these transitions do happen.

Malaysiakini : Malaysia Economy Policies Not Correct. Something is Wrong.

For the first time, Malaysia saw its outflow of foreign direct investments (FDIs) surpass the inflow last year. What this effectively means is that there were more funds flowing out for investments abroad than FDIs coming into the country.

According to United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (Unctad) Investment Report 2008 that was released yesterday, the country’s outflow of FDIs surged nearly 82% to RM38 billion, exceeding the inflow of RM29.04 billion by RM8.96 billion, or 31%. Last year’s inflow itself was a 39% increase from RM20.9 billion in 2006.

The reports show that the country’s overseas investment has been rising in recent years, reflecting local companies’ ambition to grow their businesses abroad for various reasons. Why the local companies want to grow their business abroad ?

What a sad figure. If this kind of situation still continues in our country, I think we better go for a change in new governments. The report shows that our policies are not correct since last year until now. During that time Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was the Finance Minister.

Malaysiakini : No DEADLINE To Take Over. How About BADAWI ?

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced that there will be no deadlines to take over. It is quite good to know something has finally come up in this few days. With no deadlines and no Datuk Seri Anwar interfering, the country can enjoy a more relaxing environment compare to last few weeks.

Umno top brass will meet today to find a way for the PM to step down in favour of his deputy by early next year. That is a good sign because if Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi still becomes our Prime Minister for another two more years, the Malaysia share market will be dead as well.

His popularity has fallen to a new low. Most of the Malaysian doesn't like him anymore compared to previously when he wins more than 90 % votes during the 11th General Election.

Maybe there will a new hope for the country if the outcome from today supreme council meeting today about the transition of power between Datuk Seri Abdullah Badawi and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak did take place. I hope it will be a ‘win-win’ for both Abdullah and Najib. Just wait for evening news.

Malaysiakini : Anwar Where Is The New Governments?

What really happened to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, where is the Sept 16 that he promised ? Why he want to make an announcement during a rally in Stadium Kelana Jaya that Sept 16 was a "Malaysia Day" ? For what purposes ? To gain popularity ?????

Some of my friends are already feels that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was lying. From last month, the news was spread out just like bullet train.

Everyone was saying that we were going to have a new government. During that time I was also quite convinced that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will be our next prime minister.

Today Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim defended his failure to topple the government a week after claiming he had enough support to seize power, and asked Malaysians to be patient. He also mentions that 'If they think I'm a liar, put it to test'. The takeover has to be within the law.

What to do, we just have to wait whether this guy really got the power to topple our current governments ?

Good... Third Liners Are Moving..

Yesterday the KL Composite Index didn't show any major increased. To my surprised the third liners were moving to close high. Equine, Ranhill and some others counter. It is not easy to predict the market movements.

Yesterday I brought Kinsteel and Perwaja. The main point is to hold. From the charts and volume wise, they are performing well. But still it has to depend on how our market will react towards world market.

Beware and we need to be careful with the current market trends. The charts for KL Composite Index still on the downside.

Malaysiakini : Anwar WHERE is 916 ? DON'T JUDGE TOO QUICKLY

Lately our country has been experiencing the excitement of over 30 MPs to jump over and form a new government by Sept 16, 2008. Everything seems to be on the path when Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announce that the government will change anytime from now. After a few days of waiting, everything seems to be as usual.

I can feel that a lot of Malaysian are looking forward on this occasion and even put a timing clock to calculate the time left. Now you see after all of this hoo-haa, nothing is being materialized. During that time I was also excited when the time arrived but nothing has happened.

The so-call 916 a "Malaysia Day"or holiday cannot be considered anymore. This 916 can be considering a past and present issue already. To honour our wrong judgement, I have decided to post a new video clip - "DON'T JUDGE TOO QUICKLY. WE WON'T"

It's a very good video clip. It would be better if the volume of your speakers been adjusted to high to listen it clearly. Watch it and you will love it.

Where KL Composite Index Next Destination ?

Well, today market movements can be considered mixed but towards the close some profit taking activities emerged. Last week I recommended accumulating Kinsteel, Perwaja, Plantation stocks and counter which experience sharp falls.

These counters argues well especially Plantations stocks but not Kinsteel and Perwaja. Still monitoring their movements. My Monday expectation for the share market to close with more losses didn't materialize as it were supported by the plantation counters.

So how the KL Composite will fare in the next few days ? If we take a look on the charts shown, usually whenever the KL Composite Index experience a sharp fall, it would eventually make a small come back. That is just a small technical rebound.

How long ? If we take a look on three circles that I has draw on it, usually it will go up or stay at that level for two to three weeks before it come down again. That is if the markets still experience the downtrend movement.

Any similarity with the three circles? Please judge the charts shown at above. This time if we want to make money, it depends how strong is your capability to hold the shares and sell high when the index move up after some correction this weeks.

This is one my opinion and I still trying to study the KL Composite Index movements. This might be the second chance but not every counter are the best bet. As I use to said, timing (entry point) is very important in order to make profit.

......Continue from PART 6,

5 ) Pembelamelayu Blogspot.

How I started to write this article about A SHOCKING FIND. TERESA KOK NOT GUILTY ? It is because of this "Pembelamelayu" blogspot. When I read an article about a police reports had been lodge at Datuk Seri Dr. Khir Toyo and Pembelamelayu Blogspot, I started to find why a police reports being lodged on this website.

When I read the whole article, to my surprised he apologized to the whole muslim friends for misleading the whole article issue about Azan prayers.

During that time , I don't have any decision to write any article until I found out that this bloggers has deleted his entire previously posted article.

At that time I knew Teresa Kok was innocent. I launched my investigation about this matter and when I decided to publish it on the internet, I must produce my every finding in any article and the cause of this mess with proof or else my readers might think that I'm looking for a popularity.

Since my article Part 2 and Part 3 which I posted on Sept 15, 2008 about "Pembelamelayu Blogspot", this bloggers received a lot of hits.

I don't know whether I'm the cause of it that this blogger had to announced that the website will be officially ceased it operation or maybe the police was looking for him ?

A check on his blog on Sept 17, 2008. He officially declared that this website will no longer operate and it will cease it operation from Sept 16 onwards. In his last article (re-produced) he produces several facts on why he made this allegation on Azan issue.

With the help of several bloggers on my comments (thanks for helping me out), I traced a few articles and posted it in for us to judge what kind of this blogger was.

The article on your right that was posted on his blog mentioning about the azan prayers is going to be terminated or tone down ?

Can you see the meaning of it ? It is a total different message by this irresponsible blogger.

The article on your right was claims to be posted by Datuk Seri Dr. Mohamed Khir Toyo to pembelamelayu blogspot (I don't have the proof - all his article in his blog has been deleted).

In his article, this blogger also mention that the real Menteri Besar in Selangor was YB Teresa Kok and she is capable to convince any decision making in the state assembly.

You see how this blogger twisted the original article appear in mykmu.net. That was the main source that this blogger claims why he started to write about Azan issue and leads to all allegations towards Azan issue.

A check on this blogspot suggests that it was so famous until every each of his articles gets a lot of viewers. At least more that 1,000 viewers and above for each article.

Not only that in his last article he also mention that he trusted Datuk Seri Mohamed Khir Toyo information and believed that Zaini Hassan has already did some research before printed out an article "Azan, Jawi, JAIS, UiTM dan ba-alif-ba-ya (pig or babi)".

Although this blogger already admitted that the mistake has already been done but in the end this blogger still insist that he was doing the right things.

So the question is now lies whether this blogger has created from a small issue in a forum and make it bigger issue inside his blog ? Please refer to Part 3.

A check on this blogger suggested that this blogger was an anti-DAP or anti-Pakatan. In the research that I had done suggest that this blogger hate and don't like DAP at all. Not only DAP but Pakatan Rakyat coalition as well.

Now the question is why this pembelamelayu without any solid proof want to throw these allegations to someone ? Is this blogger looking for popularity ? I think so, because in his comment suggest that this azan issue had attracted many readers around Malaysia.

Or maybe this pembelamelayu are just fighting for the rights of the muslim ? Why after all tiredness in creating so many article in his "wordpress" blog, suddenly this blogger deleted all his articles. Why ?

His comments suggested that he was pro-governments (Barisan Nasional). I'm not going to elaborate so much on this blogger because pembelamelayu blogspot has ceased it's blogging but remember he might create another new blog to continue his dream as a pembelamelayu .... etc .......

So who was supposed to be blamed ?

6 ) Datuk Seri Dr. Mohamed Khir Toyo.

He was a former Menteri Besar of Selangor (18 August 2000 to 14 February 2008). He lost the post of Menteri Besar Selangor after Barisan Nasional, the political party he contested under, failed to obtain majority in the Selangor state assembly during the 2008 elections despite himself winning in his Sungai Panjang constituency.

Now the question is why YB Khir in the first place makes this issue to become bigger until YB Teresa Kok being detained ? For me he was the main reason why YB Teresa Kok being detained.

Because of his allegation, a journalist (Zaini Hassan) finds it very interesting and launch it own reports about this issue based on his findings. After the news come out in the newspapers, YB Teresa Kok been arrested under ISA.

Based on the finding it all started when an article (June 26, 2008) claims that it was sent by YB Khir to pembelamelayu blogspot (no proof because all the articles inside were deleted). Please refer on top of the picture title "Laungan Azan nak dihapuskan di Puchong ?"

July 8, 2008. One of the readers name "sinatra_z" ask Dr. Khir in his website to clarifies this matter pertaining about resident in Puchong complains about Azan prayers is "disturbing the peace ?"

July 9, 2008. Dr. Mohamad Khir Toyo in his reply to "sinatra_z". In his blog "Yes there is a petition being hand over by YB Teresa Kok. As an opposition leader, I will defend the rights of all our Islam religious. No law in Malaysia that prevent us from using a loudspeaker.

As old use to say “you just need a spark to start a fire”. YB Khir on Sept Monday 8, in an article appear in Utusan Malaysia urged the opposition Pakatan Rakyat-led Selangor government not to concede to purported moves by “a certain party” to disallow azans (calls for prayers) emanating from loudspeakers of mosques in Puchong and Kota Damansara which was published on the next day newspaper.

Khir also lamented that “while we practice freedom of religion, members of a certain religion celebrate to the extent that roads are closed, Muslims do not protest.”

The next day Umno-owned Utusan Malaysia has picked on Khir Toyo's comment and highlighted the issue in one of its opinion column. The article was prepared by Zaini Hassan. Azan, jawi, JAIS, UiTM dan ba-alif-ba-ya

That article confirms my finding that the issue raised up by the newspapers was the main source on why YB Teresa Kok was detained under ISA.

YB Khir did not only stop until there, he use his power as an opposition leaders parties to throw all the allegations based on his findings including an accusation that Masjid Kota Damansara also being press by the residents to lower down the volume of loudspeaker.

I'm not going to talk a lot about him because everyone of us knew who is YB Khir. Now, the questions that we would like to ask him, why so much trouble throwing all kinds of allegation towards YB Teresa Kok ?

Was YB Khir looking for popularity as an opposition leader ? Or maybe he was looking to be a hero among the muslim by protecting their rights.

Or maybe he got the wrong information from his right hand man. Or maybe he just too angry and hate the Pakatan for the losses he suffer and cannot become a Menteri Besar ?

Or maybe he was looking for Central Committee vote for the up coming race in UMNO Youth leadership ? It is not an easy task because lately another new candidate announces to go for the top post.

YB Khairy Jamaluddin. Tun Dr. Mahathir sons, Datuk Mukriz and Datuk Zahidi Zainol had earlier announced to race in UMNO Youth leadership. With so many heavyweights wrestle for the Youth post, any opportunity must be grab in order to secure move votes.

I still can remember that one week before the election was being held, YB Khir was giving us a speech to all the Barisan Nasional people.

He says "Just give us a minute (the day of election), I will return the rewards to you with 5 years of happiness and freedom ".

Indeed what he has says was realized, when BN lost its power to Pakatan Rakyat, all the BN people in our place were resting for another 5 years without so many activities. ......... How nice.....

Since the incidents of YB Teresa Kok being detained under ISA, did you notice that YB Khir never issue or raise any question about the Azan issue ? What had happened ?

Why all the sudden there was no news about him, about the masjid and the loudspeakers ? Or maybe he realized that the whole Azan issue was just a game in the politics. Or maybe he called Zaini Hassan to publish an article about this matter ? (UMNO newspaper) Or maybe he never realized that the whole issue can trigger the National Security Under Threats.

For me he was just trying to play with a small fire and he never thought that this fire is uncontrollable. WHAT TO DO ? It happens during a racial flare up and tension created by Datuk Ahmad Ismail.

Today YB Khir says he had nothing to do with the arrest and seven-day detention of YB Teresa Kok under the Internal Security Act.

So now who was supposed to be blamed ?

Malaysiakini : Bee END Downfall Parody. Watch Again !

Officer 1 : We already have the police setting up roadblocks all over the capital and it’s surrounding areas. As long as we don’t let anyone move, the rakyat will blame Pakatan for the traffic jam and swing back support to our side.

Hitele : Yes. With this, my man Bodohwi’s popularity will be on the rise again.

Officer 1 : Errr….Sir…..

Officer 1 : I…….errr……

Officer 2 : Sir, Bodohwi jumped the gun. He and his men arrested RPK, Teresa Kok and that Sin Chew journalist under ISA late last week.

Hitele : All you buggers who read Malaysiakini, Malaysia-Today, and watch Akademi Fantasia, LEAVE NOW. Those who watch Astro Ceria, too.

Hitele : What the f**k did he do?!

Hitele : That no good donkey dickhead! What the f**k did he do!

Hitele : Doesn’t he know the rakyat are already sick of his shenanigans? He think the ISA will wipe out his problem? Perhaps all that sleep has put too much drool in his brain.

Hitele : Now he’ll fly out to Australia and hide in his Nasi Kandar shop.

Hitele : Now that baldy will surely go make a dumb statement and the whole world will laugh at the idiotic chromedome.

Officer 3 : Sir, Baldy is an experienced minister. He surely will handle it.

Hitele : Experienced, my foot! They’re all a bunch of circus monkeys!

Officer 3 : Sir, he’s still better than Zam.

Hitele : Now those Pakatan fellars will have a field day with this issue.

Hitele : Once RPK comes out he will rip all of their balls of and throw it to the dogs. They really screwed themselves big time. Why don’t the Bee En fellars EVER listen?

Hitele : I shud’ve stopped funding their political ambitions after March 8th. Now all my investments are lost. It’s a f**king miracle that KJ doink hasn’t said anything yet.

Hitele : I just wanna rip everyone’s ball off!

Hitele : Ach-med Ismail shud’ve kept his pothole shut. Bodohwi simply cannot control his men.

Hitele : Why do these guys even try?

KL Composite Index, how would it fares on Monday ?

To my expectation the market rebounded the next day on Friday. The KL Composite Index jumps during the opening and added higher +34.04 points to close at 1,025.70 points. The technique that I used on Thursday (catching a falling knife) indeed bring some profits.

On Friday I sold most of my share that I brought on Thursday. The profits is not much. But I manage to contra about RM 193,000 worth of shares. The profit margain is just around 3 % to 3.5 %, not much. Some pocket money. As I mention before I just looking for a technical rebound only.

The overnight market in Dow Jones Industrial Average jump +368.75 points to close at 11,388.44 points, what would happen to our share market on Monday ?

From my experience through out the years in monitoring the share market movements, I would think that in the morning the share market will close with most of the share prices post some gain (more green) but in the evening the share market will close with most of the share prices post some losses (more red) towards closing.

As I mention before this is just from my past experience in my technique in monitoring the movements in the share market. I don't know how far and how true it will be.... But I'm sure it would still follow the old technique from the past.

As usual please don't take this opinion as an indicator to buy or to sell your holdings. I might be wrong because I'm just a human being. I just think that I need to share my opinion to my readers in Bursa KLSE Blogs and News.

No doubt the BEARS is still around but don't forget after this small technical rebound, there will be another technical rebound around two week to three weeks times.

Happy Trading.....

Wednesday, September 17, 2008 5 ) Malaysiakini : A SHOCKING FIND. TERESA KOK NOT GUILTY. PART 5

PART 6 will be continue ..............

Who was supposed to be blamed ? Residents of Bandar Kinrara, Section 5 ? YB Mohamad Satim Diman ? MP Teresa Kok ? The mosque ? Pembelamelayu Blogspot ? Datuk Seri Dr. Mohamed Khir Toyo ? Zaini Hassan - the Award Winner senior editor ? Utusan Malaysia ? The Police ? Home Minister - Syed Hamid Albar ? Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi or the governments of MALAYSIA...... Barisan Nasional ?

Let us find out in detail who is supposed to be blamed for this kind of mess ?

1 ) Residents of Bandar Kinrara, Section 5.

It all started back in February 2008 with a petition from the Residents’ Association, Bandar Kinrara Section 5 , Puchong, Selangor to the local mosque which was actually a request to lower the volume of the ceramah (religious talks) signed by about 189 residents.

The residents stated that the loudspeakers of the mosque where its ceramah (religious talks), kuliah subuh (religious lectures at dawn) and kuliah maghrib (religious lectures at dusk), have disturbed their peace at a time when they were resting or sleeping late, especially on Sundays - as early as 6:15am - and during those evenings when they were tutoring their children.

So, they write a letter to YB Mohamad Satim Diman (Serdang state assemblyperson ) in the hope that YB Satim would understand their situation. With this, they seek YB Satim assistance to plead with the mosque management so as not to use the loudspeakers during its ceramah, kuliah subuh and kuliah maghrib, especially in the early morning or evening.

During that time February 2008, Barisan Nasional was still in power in Selangor and Khir Toyo was still the Menteri Besar.

The petition, signed by 189 residents, was handed over to YB Mohamad Satim Diman from Umno in February and another copy given to the mosque authorities. Another copy was also sent to Kinrara DAP state assemblyperson and state exco Teresa Kok’s office after the March 8 polls.

They just concern about the use of loudspeakers during religious ceramah that could go on for more than an hour and the residents who signed the petition said they had never intended to protest against the use of loudspeakers for the azan.

Instead they have requested the mosque to lower the volume of the loudspeakers for the ceramah (religious talks) which often followed the prayers.

From this point of views, indeed the residents' has nothing to do with this case as they just send a petition letter requesting YB Mohamad Satim to help them and the worst is when they send a copy of this letter to MP Teresa Kok, they didn't meet her to acknowledge her about this matter. The staff at Teresa Kok office did receive this letter without acknowledge her about this matter.

Now who was supposed to be blamed ?

2 ) YB Mohamad Satim Diman (Serdang state assemblyperson)

I don't know whether YB Satim was the one who supposed to be blame ? Why ? Based on the forum that appear in myKmu.net it sounds like that :

"At a functions held recently, a Barisan Nasional state assembly person said that during a state assembly meeting, YB Teresa Kok lead a petition drive on behalf of residents of Puchong to Datuk Satim Diman about a complaint that the morning Azan call had 'disturbed' the peace.

Umno state legislators seeking to protest the petition were ordered to remain seated, while Muslim legislators from Pakatan sat quietly and did not debate the issue."

That happen during Jun 24, 2008. The question is, who is that "wakil rakyat (BN)" in that forum that given out the speech. Whether this "wakil rakyat" during his speech, did he mention lower the volume of ceramah or lower the volume of Azan ? Or maybe this guy in the forum by the name of "detgeneration" heard it wrongly or the other way round ?

Or maybe YB Mohamad Satim mention it wrongly to this "wakil rakyat". Or maybe YB Mohamad Satim mention it correctly but because of this "wakil rakyat" looking for popularity during his speech he twisted the statement given by YB Mohamad Satim ?

Or maybe YB Mohamad Satim misunderstand and thought that lowering the volume of the loudspeakers for ceramah (religious talk) also including Azan prayers because inside the letter the resident's didn't mention about maintain the volume of loudspeakers during Azan prayes..

Now who was supposed to be blamed ?

3 ) Member of Parliament - YB Teresa Kok

At first she got nothing to do with this issue. Problem start to arise when she was been accused of being the lead members who leads one group of residents in Puchong to make a petition and hand it over to YB Mohamad Satim Diman.

During a by-election in Permatang Pauh, YB Teresa Kok knew there was an e-mails circulating around accusing her of being the lead member who send the petition to YB Mohamad Satim. At that time YB Teresa Kok didn't bother about this matter as this is just a political move to gain some votes at Permatang Pauh by-election.

When the e-mail starts circulating around, it reaches to some of state assemblyperson and a few of the journalist. They find it very interesting about this matter and ask YB Teresa Kok about her opinion ?

Meanwhile a blogsite (pembelamelayu Blogspot) has quoted Khir on June 26 as alleging that YB Teresa Kok had submitted a petition to Umno’s Seri Serdang state assemblyperson YB Satim which supposedly described the azans as “disturbing the peace” of local residents in Puchong.

YB Teresa Kok denied it and even issue a statement pertaining to this matter. She even ask the journalist to go and ask YB Mohamad Satim to produce the proof of her involvement and a petition letter send by her to him.

UMNO Selangor Memutar-belitkan Isu Azan di Puchong September 10th, 2008 by Teresa

But YB Mohamad Satim can't even produce the proof when was ask to show it by the journalist.

During her denial and accusation, YB Teresa Kok didn't know that her office did received a petition letter from the residents of Bandar Kinrara. Only when the news published in the newspaper, she only realize when the residents there fax a letter to her office.

Now why YB Teresa Kok staff didn't inform her in the first place about the petition letter when the resident's in Bandar Kinrara send to her office for acknowledgement ? At least YB Teresa Kok knows how to deal this matter accordingly or maybe YB Teresa Kok really know about this letter but forget to deal and attend this matter (during that time maybe she was so happy celebrating Pakatan wining in this general election).

Or maybe her staff didn't even know that this matter will become a big issue and just sign as a acknowlegment letter and put it a side? Who was that person who started to circulate an emial about the wrong doing of YB Teresa Kok ?

Now who was supposed to be blamed ?

4 ) The mosque.

Masjid Bandar Kinrara is a It is about a few kilometres from Astro and Technology Park Malaysia. Just nearby the Bandar Kinrara Golf Course, Puchong.

Former Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr. Khir Toyo, alleged that Teresa Kok had organised a petition against mosque officials in certain surau and masjid around Selangor to lower the volume of the azan prayer at the mosque. His comments appeared in Pembelamelayu Blogspot.

The chairman Abdul Rahman Nasir of Masjid Bandar Kinrara said he did receive the petition letter from the residents but said that MP Teresa Kok had never set foot ... to present the petition.

Before this allegation happen, Steven Ee, the person who presented the mosque with the petition on behalf of the residents said that he noticed that the loudspeakers volume was lowered for about two weeks after he presented the petition but then returned to its original pitch after that.

Now the question is why Masjid Bandar Kinrara after lowering the loudspeakers volume for two weeks and then returned to its original pitch ? Was the commitee member there been inform about this matter ? Or the commitee member being lambasted by the muslim residents for lowering the volume ? Or maybe they already forgotten about the petition letter ?

In the first place if they maintain the loudspeakers volume during azan prayers and lowering it down the loudspeakers volume during religious talk then this thing won't happen at all ?

Now who was supposed to be blamed ?

PART 7 will be continue ........

My article A SOCKING FIND. TERESA KOK NOT GUILTY did argue well on why MP Teresa Kok was detained under Internal Security Act.

My article posted on Tuesday, September 16, 2008, Malaysiakini : A SHOCKING FIND. TERESA KOK NOT GUILTY. PART 4 did suggest the reason behind why MP Teresa Kok was being arrested partly because some accusation from an irresponsible journalist and the newspapers Utusan Malaysia. Care to read again ?

My article posted on Wednesday, September 17, 2008, Malaysiakini : A SHOCKING FIND. TERESA KOK NOT GUILTY. PART 5 did suggest why Internal Security Act was implemented. MP Teresa Kok in this video clip argues why the governments of Malaysia want to arrest her. She said that she didn't create any tension and conflict among races and religion.

MP Teresa Kok was allegedly accused been involved in activities which can cause tension and conflict among races and religion that threatened national security.

Teresa was repeatedly interrogated by her captors on three issues. This include whether she had mobilised the Bandara Kinrara residents to put up a petition over the azan (morning call to prayer) issue and whether she had said that the allocation for Islamic religious council Jais should be used for other religions. The third issue was her previous statement opposing to the road signs written in Jawi.

But if we monitor for the whole one weeks of her detention until now, no more argument and topics about torn down a mosque loudspeakers.

And if we monitor during her 7 days inside the detention, I couldn't find a statement from YB Datuk Seri Dr. Mohamad Khir bin Toyo.

What had happen ? What is yours says ? Like to share in the comments. Please do so........... Thanks ...

KL Composite Index has Bottom Out ? Maybe ....

Sorry to all my readers at Bursa KLSE Blog and News (http://ginsing70.blogspot.com/). Lately I was quite busy preparing some article about MP Teresa Kok.

Ok, let's take a look on how our KL Composite Index doing today. Today our market open sharply lower at 993.21 points. Down -9.78 points from yesterday closed of 1,002.99 points. At one time the index was down -39.70 points at 963.23 before close down -11.33 points at 991.66 points.

Recently in my article last week on Thursday, September 11, 2008 Opportunity. Cheap Sale... I did mention that when the time was right and if I have this instinct and feeling to enter to the market, I will keep in touch with you all.

Yesterday, I brought a few lots of Kinstell because this counter looks cheap but during that time I can't say that the market has bottom out. It is just that I feel this market need to go down further. I would prefer if the KL Composite Index fell in between 950 points to 980 points. Indeed it went down to that range.

Previously I did mention on my article dated Tuesday, September 9, 2008 (KL Composite Set To Heading South Further ?) I would prefer to stay out unless there is a significant move like what we use to call a "Collapse" or "Tumble" or "Panic Selling" or "Tsunami Selling" like it happen once before.

My advice during that time was to start monitor these two weeks movement because I had a feeling somehow there will be something to rock our KL Composite Index. It might be a "POLITICAL TSUNAMI" or something else.

But it is not Political Tsunami but the US Financial market melt down. AIG.

Today I never thought that the KL Composite Index will have a very big reaction towards the global market and at one time down nearly 40 points. During that time, I started to accumulate some of these share because something telling me that the market has bottom out (temporary).

When the market was down 30 to 40 points, I started to accumulate some plantation counters, steel counters and some recently sharp falls counter. (i.e Kinsteel, Perwaja)

But bear in mind, I'm just targeting for technical rebounds. I hope that tomorrow the market will go up. The profit margin will not be that much because our markets lacks of volume to support.

This is a technique on "How to catch a Falling Knife".

I don't know whether I'm using the right technique ? Maybe I might be wrong at all. Again I would like to remind that, this is just my opinion and cannot be consider as an indicator to buy. I'm just an ordinary person giving out my own points of views.

Malaysiakini : MASTURBATION Article By KICKdeFELLA ?

Although the news mention that he was arrested because the blogger courted controversy recently after launching an online campaign to fly the Malaysian flag upside down but he should be taking the responsibility for the consequences that might arise.

Early in the morning I have already posted my point of view about this matter whether if he is a Malaysian and if he don't like the present governments, just blame the the parties who administer the country. Don't blame the Malaysia flag or whatever.

This article was joined together and was posted on the same day.

This is quite interesting when this thing arise. A blogger with a hits of 2,743,692 Clicks on his blog since January 2007 was been arrested under Sedition Act. What really happen ? I also would like to find out.

Police arrested blogger Syed Azidi Syed Abdul Aziz (Sheih Kickdefella) in Kota Bharu, Kelantan today. He is believed to have been taken to Bukit Aman, KL. The arrest is said to have been made under the Sedition Act.

Syed Azidi, 38, is the Kelantan Menteri Besar public relations officer. Please refer to this article : Wednesday, September 17, 2008. (Blogger Sheih Kickdefella Arrested) From a view on his website and some reading has been made, I was so shocked to find out about the words "Kickdefella" use. It sound like that :

“Malaysia sudah menjadi satu bangsa yang lebih mengagungkan ‘masturbation’ dengan pelbagai fantasi dan bukan ‘the real sex’. Sebab itu, simbol, lambang, panji-panji dan sebagainya lebih penting menggambarkan semangat perjuangan kita walaupun ianya bukanlah yang sebenar-benarnya.”

"MASTURBATION" ........ Syed Azidi, 38, is the Kelantan Menteri Besar public relations officer. How can he use this kind of words in his blog ?

He critised that Malaysia is already become a country ...........aiya I don't want to continue further, just judge the article on your right. An officer and a public relations officer. Do you think it is visable for an officer to write this kind of words inside his blog ?

Please refer to his website on this article :
A Glimpse of A Welfare State, Bajet 2009 dan Merdeka.

Updated from Malaysiakini. (The upside down Flag of Malaysia)

In a posting on his blog dated Aug 23, Syed Azidi (under the title Siasat Kickdefella Dibawah Akta Hasutan) had written that a pro-Umno website by a minister was calling for him to be investigated under the Sedition Act.

The blogger courted controversy recently after launching an online campaign to fly the Malaysian flag upside down. The campaign had attracted the attention of the prime minister who said that the move was "despicable".

"This is uncouth behaviour, showing no respect at all for the national flag. What is there to be angry with the Malaysian flag?" he was quoted as saying by Bernama.

"If there are Malaysians who want to take up the idea that came from the pro-opposition blogger, they are insulting this important national symbol (flag)," he added.

Malaysiakini : ISA. BBC HARDTALK with Mahathir.

When I posted this article about A SHOCKING FIND. TERESA KOK NOT GUILTY. PART 5, the internal article is about the needs or whether ISA need to be abolish in our Malaysia country.

One of my friends call me, why don't I posted again the "BBC HARDTALK with Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad ?"

Let all the readers share it. ....mmm.... "Good idea. Why don't ? Indeed it was a good HARDTALK."

No doubt when the Internal Security Act been implemented, we will find so many negatif things (The Human Rights) compare to positive element. But what to do ? As I had mention :

REMEMBER THIS - This is a multi-racial, multi-ethnic and multi-cultural country. In years to come and many many moons to appears, everyone will protect each other races. We cannot deny it. This is the FACTS.

Here you can find some of the conversation through PART 1, PART 2 and PART 3 video clips. Enjoy.

Please refer : Monday, September 8, 2008

Stephen : You use the laws which went back to the colonial time in the Internal Security Acts, the emergency procedures, do you feel satisfies to tell me....do that was entirely legitimate ?

Tun Dr. Mahathir : "No..We find that the situation in the country is very.. very fluid and the... it is very likely that there will be a racist acts unless we prevent such people who are promoting racial hatred from talking about it"

Stephen : "Under 1984 Press Law which require a newspaper to get a new license every single year and it is easy for you to quite them down."

Tun mention that the Press Law is always been there because we live in a country of multiracial.......

Tun Dr. Mahathir : "The facts is that, we have a multiracial country... and if we are not careful.... there will be a racist... racist flare up. If you look at the most country.. with the multiracial populations, there are never PEACEFUL even Northern Ireland...it took you such a long time to a... stop the war in Northern Ireland."
