P.Balasubramaniam Statement Can Cause Panic On Datuk Seri Najib ????

Something BIG is going to happen in Malaysia political agenda with the up coming 13th General Election just not far away. P.Balasubramaniam just arrived in Malaysia on Sunday 24th February 2013 from India. He mention that he is going to issue a statement that will throw all the allegation towards current Malaysia Prime Minister - Datuk Seri Najib and Datin Rosmah based on the Statutory Declaration 1

The most important elements right now whether the allegation for the whole truth (Statutory Declaration 1) can be consider have any impact towards our - 1) Malaysian political stability, 2) The results on the 13th General Election and the most important, 3) The sentiment on Malaysian share market?

I was wondering after so long he has been in the hideout in India and all the sudden, he come back and vow that the current governments NEED TO BE CHANGE !!!

" I'm Back " - P.Balasubramaniam Back for Revenge???

Any effect on the Malaysian share market and GE13???

P.Balasubramaniam:
"I swear on this holy book (the Bhagavad Gita) that the first Statutory Declaration is the truth and nothing but the truth. I’m sorry to all of you that the second Statutory Declaration is not true."

1st - STATUTORY DECLARATION

I, Balasubramaniam a/l Perumal (NRIC NO: xxxxxx-xx-6235) a Malaysian Citizen of full age and residing at xxxxx, Selangor do solemly and sincerely declare as follows :-

1. I have been a police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force having jointed as a constable in 1981 attached to the Police Field Force. I was then promoted to the rank of lance Corporal and finally resigned from the Police Force in 1998 when I was with the Special Branch.

2. I have been working as a free lance Private Investigator since I left the Police Force.

3. Sometime in June or July 2006, I was employed by Abdul Razak Baginda for a period of 10 days to look after him at his office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m each working day as apparently he was experiencing disturbances from a third party.

4. I resigned from this job after 2 ½ days as I was not receiving any proper instructions.

5. I was however re-employed by Abdul Razak Baginda on the 05-10-2006 as he had apparently received a harassing phone call from a Chinese man calling himself ASP Tan who had threatened him to pay his debts. I later found out this gentleman was in fact a private investigator called Ang who was employed by a Mongolian woman called Altantuya Shaaribuu.

6. Abdul Razak Baginda was concerned that a person by the name of Altantuya Shaaribuu, a Mongolian woman, was behind this threat and that she would be arriving in Malaysia very soon to try and contact him.

7. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that he was concerned by this as he had been advised that Altantuya Shaaribuu had been given some powers by a Mongolian ‘bomoh’ and that he could never look her in the face because of this.

8. When I enquired as to who this Mongolian woman was, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that she was a friend of his who had been introduced to him by a VIP and who asked him to look after her financially.

9. I advised him to lodge a police report concerning the threatening phone call he had received from the Chinese man known as ASP Tan but he refused to do so as he informed me there were some high profile people involved.

10. Abdul Razak Baginda further told me that Altantuya Shaaribuu was a great liar and good in convincing people. She was supposed to have been very demanding financially and that he had even financed a property for her in Mongolia.

11. Abdul Razak Baginda then let me listen to some voice messages on his handphone asking him to pay what was due otherwise he would be harmed and his daughter harassed.

12. I was therefore supposed to protect his daughter Rowena as well.

13. On the 09.10.2006 I received a phone call from Abdul Razak Baginda at about 9.30 a.m. informing me that Altantuya was in his office and he wanted me there immediately. As I was in the midst of a surveillance, I sent my assistant Suras to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office and I followed a little later. Suras managed to control the situation and had persuaded Altantuya and her two friends to leave the premises. However Altantuya left a note written on some Hotel Malaya note paper, in English, asking Abdul Razak Baginda to call her on her handphone (number given) and wrote down her room number as well.

14. Altantuya had introduced herself to Suras as ‘Aminah’ and had informed Suras she was there to see her boyfriend Abdul Razak Baginda.

15. These 3 Mongolian girls however returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang again, the next day at about 12.00 noon. They did not enter the building but again informed Suras that they wanted to meet Aminah’s boyfriend, Abdul Razak Baginda.

16. On the 11.10.2006, Aminah returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office on her own and gave me a note to pass to him, which I did. Abdul Razak Baginda showed me the note which basically asked him to call her urgently.

17. I suggested to Abdul Razak Baginda that perhaps it may be wise to arrange for Aminah to be arrested if she harassed him further, but he declined as he felt she would have to return to Mongolia as soon as her cash ran out.

18. In the meantime I had arranged for Suras to perform surveillance on Hotel Malaya to monitor the movements of these 3 Mongolian girls, but they recognized him. Apparently they become friends with Suras after that and he ended up spending a few nights in their hotel room.

19. When Abdul Razak Baginda discovered Suras was becoming close to Aminah he asked me to pull him out from Hotel Malaya.

20. On the 14.10.2006, Aminah turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights when I was not there. Abdul Razak Baginda called me on my handphone to inform me of this so I rushed back to his house. As I arrived, I noticed Aminah outside the front gates shouting “Razak, bastard, come out from the house”. I tried to calm her down but couldn’t so I called the police who arrived in 2 patrol cars. I explained the situation to the police, who took her away to the Brickfields police station.

21. I followed the patrol cars to Brickfields police station in a taxi. I called Abdul Razak Baginda and his lawyer Dirren to lodge a police report but they refused.

22. When I was at the Brickfields police station, Aminah’s own Private Investigator, one Mr. Ang arrived and we had a discussion. I was told to deliver a demand to Abdul Razak Baginda for USD$500,000.00 and 3 tickets to Mongolia, apparently as commission owed to Aminah from a deal in Paris.

23. As Aminah had calmed down at this stage, a policewoman at the Brickfields police station advised me to leave and settle the matter amicably.

24. I duly informed Abdul Razak Baginda of the demands Aminah had made and told him I was disappointed that no one wanted to back me up in lodging a police report. We had a long discussion about the situation when I expressed a desire to pull out of this assignment.

25. During this discussion and in an attempt to persuade me to continue my employment with him, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that :-

25.1 He had been introduced to Aminah by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore.

25.2 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak informed Abdul Razak Baginda that he had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.

25.3 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak wanted Abdul Razak Baginda to look after Aminah as he did not want her to harass him since he was now the Deputy Prime Minister.

25.4 Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had all been together at a dinner in Paris.

25.5 Aminah wanted money from him as she felt she was entitled to a USD$500,000.00 commission on a submarine deal she assisted with in Paris.

26. On the 19.10.2006, I arrived at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights to begin my night duty. I had parked my car outside as usual. I saw a yellow proton perdana taxi pass by with 3 ladies inside, one of whom was Aminah. The taxi did a U-turn and stopped in front of the house where these ladies rolled down the window and wished me ‘Happy Deepavali’. The taxi then left.

27. About 20 minutes later the taxi returned with only Aminah in it. She got out of the taxi and walked towards me and started talking to me. I sent an SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda informing him “Aminah was here”. I received an SMS from Razak instructing me “To delay her until my man comes”.

28. Whist I was talking to Aminah, she informed me of the following :-

28.1 That she met Abdul Razak Baginda in Singapore with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

28.2 That she had also met Abdul Razak Baginda and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a dinner in Paris.

28.3 That she was promised a sum of USD$500,000.00 as commission for assisting in a Submarine deal in Paris.

28.4 That Abdul Razak Baginda had bought her a house in Mongolia but her brother had refinanced it and she needed money to redeem it.

28.5 That her mother was ill and she needed money to pay for her treatment.

28.6 That Abdul Razak Baginda had married her in Korea as her mother is Korean whilst her father was a Mongolian/Chinese mix.

28.7 That if I wouldn’t allow her to see Abdul Razak Baginda, would I be able to arrange for her to see Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

29. After talking to Aminah for about 15 minutes, a red proton aeroback arrived with a woman and two men. I now know the woman to be Lance Corporal Rohaniza and the men, Azilah Hadri and Sirul Azahar. They were all in plain clothes. Azilah walked towards me while the other two stayed in the car.

30. Azilah asked me whether the woman was Aminah and I said ‘Yes’. He then walked off and made a few calls on his handphone. After 10 minutes another vehicle, a blue proton saga, driven by a Malay man, passed by slowly. The drivers window had been wound down and the driver was looking at us.

31. Azilah then informed me they would be taking Aminah away. I informed Aminah they were arresting her. The other two persons then got out of the red proton and exchanged seats so that Lance Corporal Rohaniza and Aminah were in the back while the two men were in the front. They drove off and that is the last I ever saw of Aminah.

32. Abdul Razak Baginda was not at home when all this occurred.

33. After the 19.10.2006, I continued to work for Abdul Razak Baginda at his house in Damansara Heights from 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. the next morning, as he had been receiving threatening text messages from a woman called ‘Amy’ who was apparently ‘Aminah’s’ cousin in Mongolia.

34. On the night of the 20.10.2006, both of Aminah’s girl friends turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house enquiring where Aminah was. I informed them she had been arrested the night before.

35. A couple of nights later, these two Mongolian girls, Mr. Ang and another Mongolian girl called ‘Amy’ turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house looking for Aminah as they appeared to be convinced she was being held in the house.

36. A commotion began so I called the police who arrived shortly thereafter in a patrol car. Another patrol car arrived a short while later in which was the investigating officer from the Dang Wangi Police Station who was in charge of the missing persons report lodged by one of the Mongolians girls, I believe was Amy.

37. I called Abdul Razak Baginda who was at home to inform him of the events taking place at his front gate. He then called DSP Musa Safri and called me back informing me that Musa Safri would be calling handphone and I was to pass the phone to the Inspector from Dang Wangi Police Station.

38. I then received a call on my handphone from Musa Safri and duly handed the phone to the Dang Wangi Inspector. The conversation lasted 3 – 4 minutes after which he told the girls to disperse and to go to see him the next day.

39. On or about the 24.10.2006, Abdul Razak Baginda instructed me to accompany him to the Brickfields police station as he had been advised to lodge a police report about the harassment he was receiving from these Mongolian girls.

40. Before this, Amy had sent me an SMS informing me she was going to Thailand to lodge a report with the Mongolian consulate there regarding Aminah’s disappearance. Apparently she had sent the same SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda. This is why he told me he had been advised to lodge a police report.

41. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that DPS Musa Safri had introduced him to one DSP Idris, the head of the Criminal division, Brickfields police station, and that Idris had referred him to ASP Tonny.

42. When Abdul Razak Baginda had lodged his police report at Brickfields police station, in front of ASP Tonny, he was asked to make a statement but he refused as he said he was leaving for overseas. He did however promise to prepare a statement and hand ASP Tonny a thumb drive. I know that this was not done as ASP Tonny told me.

43. However ASP Tonny asked me the next day to provide my statement instead and so I did.

44. I stopped working for Abdul Razak Baginda on the 26.10.2006 as this was the day he left for Hong Kong on his own.

45. In mid November 2006, I received a phone call from ASP Tonny from the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah asking me to see him regarding Aminah’s case. When I arrived there I was immediately arrested under S.506 of the Penal Code for Criminal intimidation.

46. I was then placed in the lock up and remanded for 5 days. On the third day I was released on police bail.

47. At the end of November 2006, the D9 department of the IPK sent a detective to my house to escort me to the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah. When I arrived, I was told I was being arrested under S.302 of the Penal Code for murder. I was put in the lock up and remanded for 7 days.

48. I was transported to Bukit Aman where I was interrogated and questioned about an SMS I had received from Abdul Razak Baginda on the 19.10.2006 which read “delay her until my man arrives”. They had apparently retrieved this message from Abdul Razak Baginda’s handphone.

49. They then proceeded to record my statement from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. everyday for 7 consecutive days. I told them all I knew including everything Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had told me about their relationships with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak but when I came to sign my statement, these details had been left out.

50. I have given evidence in the trial of Azilah, Sirul and Abdul Razak Baginda at the Shah Alam High Court. The prosecutor did not ask me any questions in respect of Aminah’s relationship with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak or of the phone call I received from DSP Musa Safri, whom I believe was the ADC for Datuk Seri Najib Razak and/or his wife.

51. On the day Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested, I was with him at his lawyers office at 6.30 a.m. Abdul Razak Baginda informed us that he had sent Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak an SMS the evening before as he refused to believe he was to be arrested, but had not received a response.

52. Shortly thereafter, at about 7.30 a.m., Abdul Razak Baginda received an SMS from Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and showed, this message to both myself and his lawyer. This message read as follows :- ” I am seeing IGP at 11.00 a.m. today …… matter will be solved … be cool”.

53. I have been made to understand that Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested the same morning at his office in the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang.

54. The purpose of this Statutory declaration is to :-

54.1 State my disappointment at the standard of investigations conducted by the authorities into the circumstances surrounding the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu.

54.2 Bring to the notice of the relevant authorities the strong possibility that there are individuals other than the 3 accused who must have played a role in the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu.

54.3 Persuade the relevant authorities to reopen their investigations into this case immediately so that any fresh evidence may be presented to the Court prior to submissions at the end of the prosecutions case.

54.4 Emphasize the fact that having been a member of the Royal Malaysian Police Force for 17 years I am absolutely certain no police officer would shoot someone in the head and blow up their body without receiving specific instructions from their superiors first.

54.5. Express my concern that should the defence not be called in the said murder trial, the accused, Azilah and Sirul will not have to swear on oath and testify as to the instructions they received and from whom they were given.

55. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Statutory Declaration Act 1960.

13th General Election - The Main Causes of Our Share Market to Suffer???

To the extent from this month movement, we can say that the FBM-KLCI still in their downtrend movement. As we can see there are more and more counters are creating new low. Lately we can monitor some of them have started to crawl up bit by bit. This is not an healty market at all. The reason behind this secenario was the uncertainties in European region and this upcoming 13th General Election that will be held this year.

But the main reason behind all these bad sentiments were the up coming 13th General Election. The longer our Government drag the up coming 13th General Election, our Malaysian share market will suffer the most. The Malaysian share market will suffer till the result of the up coming General Election is announce and who will lead the present Govenment.

There are so many uncertainites surrounding the Malaysia political enviroment with recently Bersih 3.0 was being held on 28.04.2012 and it has cause some few damages in term foriegn investors confidence. Not only the foriegn investors but it have also causes lots of cancellation tour in our toursim industries.

The purpose of Bersih 3.0 and Lynas demo were good but if things were getting out of control then it will cause lots of damages. With so huge and big turnout on the street, I don't think so that the cabinet or the government of Malaysia can deny that this rally never took place. They will sure examine what are the clauses in Bersih 3.0 manifesto and try their best to retify it.

Bersih 3.0 are telling lots of people in Malaysia that they are going for a peaceful rally but in the end the outcome just the same as what has happen in other country as well. From a peaceful rally turn into street violence rally. We as an investors in Malaysia support peaceful rally and we are against any rally that turn into violence.

I do hope that the main organiser, Dato Ambiga will understand the situation and do hope she fight for a better future in our Malaysia  but not with the cooperation with any political parties in order to acheived their dirty goals in politics.

Malaysian Share Market Still Looks Quiet?

Another week has pass by still the Malaysian share market looks very dull. Even though we can notice lots of third liner counters are moving in random but still it didn't help our share market to be more active. The trends have totally changed compared 2 months ago. Is this a good time to speculate right now with the 13th General Election just around the corner (end of May or early of June)?

Usually when there was General Election around the corner, the share market always looks quite active with most of the Government link counters moving or traded heavily but this time around it looks quite different from the past.

Yesterday night I was having a chit chat with one of my friends and we were talking about the upcoming General Election. Who will win the games and who will rules the country? Basically our conversation ended up with there might be some major set back in the upcoming General Election because we do believe that most of the youngsters will vote for the Pakatan Rakyat.

No matter who will win the games if there was an announcement that the Parliament is going to dissolve, it is advisable to stay out from the share market. For the index, as long as the FBM-KLCI still manage to stay above the 1,560.00 points level then we might consider that the index still in the safer zone.

Malaysia Flag Was Raising Half Pole And Upside Down?

This is very bad. What has happened anyway? This picture was taken on 5th June, 2010 during the Birthday of Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Di-Pertuan Agong. What a shocking!!!

As we can see the flag was raise at half pole only and it was upside down. Being a collation of the Selangor state government (Pakatan Rakyat), it is an unacceptable way to respect our country.

As a service center for a town called "Pandamaran" putting up a flag upside down is showing that they didn't respect their country at all. As a representative and a Adun or Yang Berhormat he should have taken notice on that matters. This is embarrassing.

I still can remember when there was a blogger by the name of KICKdeFELLA. He was been jailed for few days for putting up the Malaysian flag upside down. He spent 4 days and 3 nights inside the jail.

Why was he being jailed ??? Here are some of his article that appear in his blog.

Nation In Distress (Article appear on August 2008)

Dear proud Malaysians,

No way we are going to raise the white flag, which is the symbol of surrender. We are raising our flag upside down because it is a sign of our nation is in distress.

It is not UMNO or BN who are in distress. UMNO is as bubbly as ever doing what ever their leaders know best for the country and BN as happy as ever playing supporting role to those UMNO leaders.

It is not the opposition parties who are in distress, they never been in a better state than they are now, governing five states and denying a two-third majority for BN in the Dewan Rakyat for the first time.

But it is the nation who is in distress. We are facing economic uncertainty and the citizens are facing all sorts of difficulties facing it. We are losing our competitive edge and we are losing our territories too.

It is sad to see our beloved Jalur Gemilang, the symbol of our Nation and its sovereignty flying upside down. I had anticipated the anger by my fellow countrymen watching our flag being raised upside down. It is internationally accepted that raising the flag upside down is a mark of state of distress. It is never a mark of disrespect.

I hope we can sway all the anger into trying to turn the situation so we can see our Jalur Gemilang flying high in the right way again.

But until we can do something about it, the reality is, our nation is in disarray. Let us not live in hypocrisy. Let us stare at the upside down Jalur Gemilang and let the reality strike us once and for all. If we do not join hand in hand in trying to make the politicians understand how we feel then how on earth can we blame them for saying they are doing what they think is best for us and the nation.

I do not ask you to take your protest to the street, I do not ask you to let your frustration kills the nation, I do not ask you to unleash you anger so it can burn down any chance of unification. But I beg you not to wait until we have to raise the white flag for our survival.

"Biar Putih Tulang, Jangan Putih Mata”.

Again I repeat, if you have a reason to disagree with the manner the country is heading, then you have a cause.

Raise your flag upside down and let those who can make the different know that this nation is indeed in distress.

However, you may not have the reason to listen to me, so why not you listen to what other fellow Malaysian has to say,

" NAJIB'S EFFECT ". Wah Lahhhhhhhh.....

Never try to be judges to judge that the share market has over. We can see from today market sentiments. Wah Lahhhhhhhhhh. The KL Composite Index recorded new high after some special announcement made by our Prime Minister or Finance Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Although some of the indicators for overseas market appear to be in negative side, the KL Composite Index managed to climb even higher after some good announcement made by our Prime Minister. I have to admit that I was following the charts reading too closely but when the super bulls appear, there nothing we can do even we use any tools or indicator to determine where the share market is heading to.

Yesterday I did mention about the sign of "The Shooting Star". The sign will only be confirm if the KL Composite closed lower but today the KL Composite Index close higher, so the index still have more rooms and potential to move higher.

Today I'm also covering my futures contract that I short yesterday (Buy 986.50 point - sell 968.50 point (loss -18 pts)). Total loss of RM 1,000.00 including commission fee. Let’s take it as a tuition fee for me to enhance my mistake that I have done. Basically I didn’t expect our Prime Minister is going to announce such a major new. As he use to say “ONE MALAYSIA”.

It is a good sign for Malaysia and this will lead up to the foreigner investors who always argue for more opportunity of businesses in Malaysia. With more opening policy in place, this will lead up to many foreigner investors start to invest in Malaysia but it is still too early to tell.

Now we can see how strong the market move. We must believe it. As a Prime Minister and a Finance Minister, he's really show out his power to win people hearts. No one expect these news will be out today. Many punters or players are calling it "NAJIB'S EFFECT".

* Today Long or Buy : 1 contract of futures (FKLI) at 986.50 points *

Elizabeth Wong New Photo Released. Hot Issue. Malaysiakini

THE Pakatan Rakyat Selangor government’s decision to retain Bukit Lanjan assemblywoman Elizabeth Wong in its administration despite the release of revealing pictures of her shows that the opposition coalition practises double standards.

People especially who are surfing the Internet are keep on searching the story of Elizabeth Wong by typing the word " New Photo Elizabeth Wong " hoping that they can search for the new photo or the picture of her.

It was so loud in its condemnation when a Malaysian Chinese Association leader was taped in a sex act that cost him his minister’s job (former health minister, Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek). Yet, it turned a blind eye to the scandal involving one of its own.

In my points of view, YB Elizabeth Wong should have step down from her post as her reaction and her behaviour during her time with her former boyfriend was totally unacceptable.

During her time as Yang Berhormat, she shouldn't have a relationship with someone who is according to the syariah or Islamic law sleeping together in a room. That is the point that we are trying to talk about. How come she as a representative to Bukit Lanjang people and having a relationship which is go against the people understanding in Islamic laws?

No doubt she is a victim, she has to take the responsibilities and the blame for her semi nude photo being taken while she was asleep by her former boyfriend, Hilmi Malek. If we think about it for a while, no one or nobody dares to enter to YB. Elizabeth Wong's room to take her photo unless her parents or her brother or her sister. So the point is, only with the permission by YB Elizabeth Wong, her former boyfriend can only been allowed into her room.

Now the latest issue start to heat up when her new photo being release by someone into the Internet. The photo was being release after she has accepted her job back. What a political comeback ! A comeback with some new photo released. Woww..........

BY-Election Will Determine Malaysian Share Market Next Course?

By-election will be the main attention this week with Datuk Seri Najib Razak Tun Razak will become our Malaysia 6th Prime Minister on 3rd April 2009. What a wonderful weeks for Datuk Seri Najib. Although he is also a Finance Minister, it is very important for him to make sure that the stimulus package that he has announced is working through.

A cabinet re-shuffle in the up coming government will play an important role to determine whether Malaysia is still a good country in terms of their management. Certain things we need to remind that the Prime Minister to be, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was respected by its UMNO and Barisan Nasional members. He has a very strong support but he doesn't have the respect from most of the rakyat (people) in Malaysia.

This is something very new in our political history. In Malaysia there's never been a Prime Minister to be been hated by most of their rakyat. Most of them link him to the killing of Altantuya Sharibuu.

At the moment there was no proof yet to accused Datuk Seri Najib because there was no photo of him been link to the deceased. Even the earlier suspected murderer, Abdul Razak Baginda has also mention that Datuk Seri Najib has nothing to do with the current mess.

Right at this moment, the Malaysian share market reaction more or less will be determined by the result in this coming by-election. Will it be a good news or bad news ? I'm also not very sure but the current Malaysian share market movement looks stablize and nice but the current Malaysia political situation still not stabilize with so many uncertainties surround. Actually it is quite hard to read current share market momemtum. Time will determine everything.........

Will UMNO General Assembly Help The Equity Market ?

This week we are entering a weeks of UMNO general assembly. The share market won't react much and will sustain during this weeks or might be hovering around 850 levels (+,- 30 points).

When there is an assembly the share market will react quietly usually. That is about the UMNO. After they gone through the whole thing, the new president of UMNO will take over and then he will become our new prime minister.

Here is one of the most important thing that we need to remind that in Malaysia political history, there's never been a coming to be Prime Minister been hated so much by most of their citizen or their people. This is a new level of political situation in Malaysia. How the new political scenario will affect our current Malaysian share market performance? After this UMNO general assembly, there will be some changing in the current government portfolio (some will be kick out and the new one will be sworn in)

Datuk Seri Najib bin Tun Razak will be our Malaysia 5th Prime Minister. He will be playing a very important role as a new prime minister and a finance minister to determine whether Malaysia will stay on course to fight current world financial crisis.

His support from all over the Malaysian people are very low right now. His wife seems to be in charge. These few weeks the newspaper all over Malaysia keep on showing her face most of the time.

Let us talk about the Malaysian share market. A check on some of the charts begins to show some positive reaction for certain counters. One of the counter is KNM Group Berhad. I like this counter but I cannot fall in love with this counter. Certain thing we need to understand and emphasized that the current share market performance is still very weak.

There is nothing out there for the share market to react positively. A buy now on KNM Group Berhad would mean a commitment for us to see the share prices to move in order for us to make profit. But how much? Will KNM have the strength to move on and climb to a new level? It is quite hard to say right now.

An indicator has appeared to call us to accumulate but the indicator appears on a situation where by the share market still have a lot of uncertainties. Basically buying a share is not only been determine by only one indicator but it must depends on many indicators, reading, current situation and the world financial crisis.

Nazri Aziz Was Not The Man In That Photo? Who Will It Be? A New Political Games?

The author of GutterUncensor** posted another article and attack Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz. This time around the author lambasted him with a lot of comments. The way the author lambasted Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz is beyond our imagination.

If we have the chance we should read it. This is something very new in our country political agenda. This time around it is a war between an author of the blog and some of the politician in Malaysia. A new level of war we have never seen in this world of cyber and technology (Internet)

Comment from the author of GutterUncensor** Posted Sunday March 15, 2009.

STOP The Hypocrites: Keep Spreading The Pictures, Send Them To Everyone and Upload Them Everywhere You Can

Nazri is the biggest joke in Malaysia and it is spreading worldwide. Everyone is talking about him and his lust not to mention his hypocrisy. Double Standards Hypocrisy Double Standards Hypocrisy Double Standards is great when you don't believe what you preach!

Yeah, they preach it but they don't follow their own preaching. They force the people to do one thing and they do the opposite. Punishment come fast when the people get caught but nothing happen when they are caught. What give them the moral authority with their double standards?

Surprise the blog is still here? Lets just say the hypocrite assholes ruling Malaysia are having difficulties blocking the GutterUncensor**.com and lets leave it at that. The idiots running Malaysia have not been able to knock this blog off the Internet for two days now and the Malaysian people keep on coming to see the pictures of the Double Standard politician.

Since they have been unable to block the blog for almost two days now, the Malaysian government was forced to run an article on The Star Online news website in an attempt to cover up for Nazri.

You just know this blog is just pissing them off like hell. And no, the authors of this blog were not killed in Malaysia. But the rumors of that are pretty funny. The corrupt Malaysian government is trying to use fear to shut up people in the country, thats the way they keep things under control when the lies fail.

"Anonymous" people familiar with the politician say its not him so that is their prove. What a joke? Damn, this blog has anonymous people saying it is in fact him and these people have pictures backing up their words so the anonymous sources should cancel each other other but we still have the pictures. Maybe the pictures show his long lost identical twin brother in a compromising position with a hooker a few years back.

Or better yet, it is his clone fighting with a time traveling witch on a bed in a cheap hotel room. These crazy Malaysian politician think people are going to believe anything they put in their state control media.

But if you notice in the title of The Star Online article the "not Nazri" is in quotations. So you know the reporters being force to write the crap for the politicians did not believe what they were being told.

Now if we only knew who they quoted. For sure it was a man with a gun. The Star Online itself is NOT saying its not him, The Star is quoting a unknown person. Here is the first draft of the article:

"Man in photo with woman ‘not Nazri’

KUALA LUMPUR: A photograph, posted on gutteruncensor**.com showing a man with a woman in a compromising position, is not that of Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz as claimed by the foreign blog.

One of the other photographs is, however, that of Nazri, who is shown sitting on a couch at Parliament lobby. The owner of the blog claimed that the photographs were sent by a contributor several months ago. Nazri declined to comment when contacted but people familiar with the politician said it was not him."

Thanks for the link guys, we know for sure there are some good people being forced to do things at The Star Online. But a few hours later the link was removed because the idiot politicians caught on.

Just think about it, why remove the link to the pictures in question if the pictures are not of Nazri Aziz. The best part is that "Nazri declined to comment when contacted" like a coward.

The entire country is laughing at him and his family and he declined to comment. He lacks the courage to face the situation and the pictures that are bringing his honer in question.

Lets just wonder who is the man of that family. My money is on the Heineken drinking big time player womanizing son. Nazri Aziz has some serious explaining to do to his son, one is sure that the son is not happy knowing that his father has been stepping out on his mother. And here is the final draft after several revisions of The Star Online article, this is after they remove the name and link to this website:

"Man in photo with woman ‘not Nazri’

KUALA LUMPUR: A photograph, posted on a website showing a man with a woman in a compromising position, is not that of Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz as claimed by the foreign blog.

One of the other photographs is, however, that of Nazri, who is shown sitting on a couch at Parliament lobby. The owner of the blog claimed that the photographs were sent by a contributor several months ago. Nazri declined to comment when contacted but people familiar with the politician said it was not him."

Note, The Star Online got the number of pictures wrong. You can look for yourself and see more than "A photograph" was posted. By saying it was one picture, they are trying to make it sound less serious. Damn, you see mistakes were made in the first two words of the article. What else could they have gotten wrong? Do not blame the people at The Star Online, the guy writing the article might have a gun at his head whiling he was writing it.

Nazri has lost his moral authority. At this point his is just bring more shame to his party and family. His hypocrisy and his lack of strength in the wake of these picture bring in question his manhood. Elizabeth Wong is more of a man than Nazri because at least she faced the media. Nazri is in hiding, he hide like a little girl under her sheet because of the monsters in the closet. If he is not the person in these pictures, why not just say so?

GutterUncensor** Posted Photo Woman On Top Of Malaysian Politician? Nazri Aziz Sons and Najib Sons

Confirm, the level of war between the author of Gutteruncensor** and the google management now are climbing to a new high. The author claims again in his latest website that his blog have been block for the fifth time. This time around he managed to restore it again.

A check on Alexa.com for Top 100 Most Traffic Rankings in Malaysia shows that his blog now stand at No: 47, a jump from a position of No: 74 two days ago. This is very fast for a blog in a ranking of No: 74 to climb to No: 47. It show that many Malaysian have started to surf and search for this website.

A check with few of my friends also mention that many of their friends are looking for picture related to Sons of Nazri Aziz and Sons of Najib Razak. The latest photo of Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz with a woman on top on him cannot be confirm whether he is the real person inside that photo?

Author of GutterUncensor** Comments :

They just block the last blog again for the fifth time. Just remember the Facebook page at: http://www.facebook.com/people/Gutter-Uncensor**/1009360269. About 3000 people have already request friend adds within the last 12 hours, you all will be added in time. We will put info on the new restore blog there as soon as the new blog is up.

We will put info on the new restore blog there. Most likely it will be under the GutterUncensor**.com url but we have a few other domain names to chose. If you are still missing the blog in a few weeks just drop a line at GutterUncensor**@yahoo.com and you will get a reply with the info.

Google like to brand itself as a champion of free speech but we now know Google is only a champion of getting paid. I don't blame Google, I too like getting paid. But Google need to stop the lie that its a champion of free speech. Most people did not even sign up for Google, we signed up for Blogger when it was an independent company.

Blogger was a real champion of free speech until Google took it over. Now Google just took over Feedburner and we are already seeing the chilling affects of that management change. Malaysian politicians wanting to hide their secrets is not a surprise but Google assisting them is an interesting development.

Like Google, Malaysian politicians like to champion causes that they do not take serious for themselves when no one is looking. Some Malaysian politicians like to brand themselves as a champions of Syariah Laws, but they get mad when pictures of them breaking their own laws that they passed and imposed on others with brutal force is posted on a blog. These are the stupid pictures of Malaysian politicians and their family breaking the laws they imposed on others that is causing Google to block the blog:

GutterUncensor** Blocked? Having A War With Google Management. Nazri Aziz Sons and Najib Sons

This is really an exiting moments, it seems that it is getting out of hand already. The author of this blog (gutteruncensor**) is from America. Two to three days ago his blog was completely shut down with no one can access to his blog. He claims that the Malaysian government have a very good link with the google management.

This whole episode started because the author, Gutteruncensor** posted an article and the photos about the drunken and womanizing picture of the sons of the Malaysian politicians title: Sons of Malaysia's Rich and Powerful that causes his website to be blocked few days ago. Now the pictures have already been circulated around in internet.

The first time it was blocked (refer here)

The second it was blocked (refer here)

Even a few links to his previous blog has been totally wipe out and the author managed to create a back-up file and posted again. But this time with minimum access. Some of his article has gone missing.

This time the author really pissed off when he posted again a few more photo showing one of the politician (Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz) - look like him (I cannot confirm) was hugging a woman with her bra coming down a bit or the young woman was on top of him.

Judging from his nose and eye lead, the similarity of the picture of him should be 99%. This is very very BAD ....... For me this is a DISASTER ....... Another political MESS ........ but this time is not by Malaysian own political games. It was a war from the author of the blog with the Malaysian politician.

Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri bin Tan Sri Abdul Aziz is a Malaysian politician from the UMNO, and a Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of parliamentary affairs. From the post position and the photo was taken, it must be taken from the hand phone.

Here were some of the posting by the gutteruncensor** author.

This is Now The 4th Time Google Deleted The Blog

Damn, they just block the last blog again. Just remember the Facebook page at: http://www.facebook.com/people/Gutter-Uncensor**/1009360269. We will put info on the new restore blog there. Most likely it will be under the GutterUncensored.com url but we have a few other domain names to chose.

If you are still missing the blog in a few weeks just drop a line at GutterUncensor** @ yahoo.com and you will get a reply with the info. It only took them only a few fours to block the last blog so they will block this one soon. I am only able to get one post up per blog lately so this will like be the only new post on this blog. Two post from the previous blogs have been added. New Blog Coming Soon!

P.S.

F**k you to the haters. This Gutter blog will be fully restore elsewhere. Small dick politicians cannot stop this blog. They can beat their wives but they can't beat this blog.

Again, Google is a Tool of Malaysian Fascists

I am an American citizen being CENSORED by the Malaysian Government with the Help of Google! All my fears have now been confirmed.

Google is a puppet of politicians in Malaysia, its a great shame for the founders of the company. The self proclaimed champions of free speech that founded Google are just members of the fascist party. Google is in the pocket of the corrupt fascist Malaysian government. Through Google, Malaysian politicians can actually shut up an American citizen. Through Google, Malaysian politicians can do things to Americans that not even the American government can do. Three times controversial pictures relating to public officials in Malaysia were posted, within a matter of hours the blog was blocked by Blogger which is a division of Google.

This time Google/Blogger did not just block the blog but they suspended the whole account including Gmail, AdSense, Blogger, Reader and the entire Google Accounts system. Everything under that account is gone, like it wasn't even there to begin with. Thankfully a shitload of additional accounts were created months ago. When the authors of the blog try to login to the account now, Google transfer you to this page at
http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?answer=40039. I hope the Malaysian Fascists paid the people at Google well for giving up their souls.

It is likely that this blog will also be block by Google/Blogger very soon. So, we are looking for alternative hosting options. The best thing would be a hosting service that has nothing to do with Malaysia. Preferable a hosting service based in America with absolutely nothing to do with the corrupt fascist Malaysian government.

The hosting service that we are looking for should be with an American hosting service company with American values unlike Google. Its going to take a few more days to find the perfect hosting service, but one with be found. If you have an idea just drop a line to GutterUncensor** @ yahoo.com.

And if you want to keep in touch with the blog, a my space page was created at
www.myspace hopefully News Corp. is not also a bitch of the the corrupt fascist Malaysian government like Google. If so and News Corp. is a bitch of the corrupt fascist Malaysian government like Google, here is a link to a recently created Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/people/Gutter-Uncensor**/1009360269.

One would expect this type of behavior from from the small men running Malaysia but one would expect better from the Americans at Google. Google in fact is an American company that like to brand itself as a champion of freedom. They people at Google like to talk about free speech but to them money speak louder than words. Hey Google, we are at mad at you. We don't want to hurt your money!

For those who like freedom, copy and spread the posts with the pictures the politician are trying to hide. Post these picture everywhere, send them to freedom loving like minded people. But Malaysians should be careful, I don't want you guys hurt because Malaysia is controlled by small men who don't want their hypocrisy exposed.

Please copy are spread this post before they delete thing blog too.

Whenever the author of Gutteruncensor** posted a blog ...... it will be deleted or we can call it a totally Wipe Out. Now the blog has been blocked again. If I was not wrong, this time it should be the fifth times.

THE BATTLES WILL NEVER ENDS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The Son of Nazri Aziz and The Son of Datuk Seri Najib Womanizing ?

We all still can remember how our politician YB Elizabeth Wong faced the music when one of her former boyfriend snap a few photo of her while she was sleeping and cause her great impact on her political carrier.

Yesterday there was another issue came out with the pictures showing the son of Nazri Aziz and the son of Datuk Seri Najib enjoying themselves womanizing and boozing it up. These guys are the sons of big time politicians in Malaysia. A check through the internet on "Najib sons" shows that these picture already posted earlier by some of the bloggers in Malaysia. But these bloggers were not famous enough.

Then come out a new level of war between the author of the blog (gutteruncensor**) with the google management again. This time this blogger was really angry because his website was being block again for second time. Why this website being block again? The first time this blog being block because he posted some article about YB Elizabeth Wong and showing her sleeping with her leg wide open. Then again this blog being block again yesterday when he posted an article about the son of Nazri Aziz and the son of Datuk Seri Najib. Both blocking was done whenever he posted something related to Malaysian politician.

A check on Alexa.com for Malaysia country, the Top 100 Most Traffic Rankings shows that this blog (gutteruncensor**) stand at No: 74 and his previously website which has been block but still accessible (Thegutterpost.blogspot) still stands at No: 38. For this blog to have 2 traffic rankings in Malaysia, surely it will downgrade our Malaysia most powerful politician. What a mess ! Yesterday this blogger issue another statement on his website and lambasted the google, blogger management and some of the Malaysia politician.

Monday, March 9, 2009
Damn, They Did it Again

Sorry to those who could not view the blog earlier today! The f**kers blocked the blog again. I have a shitload of backups so they are just pissing me off at this point, its not stopping me. I could do this everyday for the next two years and still have a few blogs left over.

It would be nice if Blogger/Google actually send me an email to tell me why they keep blocking the blog after interesting pictures relating to Malaysian politicians are posted. Does the Malaysian government own Google or something? It really seems that way because this buttshit is crazy. The photos of the sons of the Malaysian politicians that I think cause this mess will now be posted on over 500 websites.

That's what you people get for f**king with this blog. WHO THE HELL YOU F**KERS THINK YOU ARE? What wrong with you people? This is what happen when small minds get too rich. Self-hosting is coming. F**K GOOGLE, F**K BLOGGER, F**K THE POLITICIANS IN THAT FASCIST COUNTRY.

Elizabeth Wong Photo Nude Take A New Level Between A Blogger And Google Management.

Two days ago I was mentioning in my article (click here) the blog that review Elizabeth Wong photos was block by the Google management. This morning I have received from someone in my comments (the author) that the blog has changed its name and switch to other website.

When I was reading the author comments why his blog was blocked I was surprised to find out that he claming that the blog of his was blocked by someone with a very good linked to google management.

It seems that these incidents (Elizabeth Wong scandals) are not involved in Malaysia only, it has went to a new level. A level of war between the google management and the author of the blog. Very interesting.

Here are some of his comments :

Malaysia, Censorship And Google

Seem like Blogger/Google has blocked people from entering thegutterpost.blogspot.com site, if you try to visit the site you see a message stating "This blog is in violation of Blogger's Terms of Service and is open to authors only."

Elizabeth Wong seems to have friends at Google. Just a day or two after the photos taken by her boyfriend and sent to several newspapers in Malaysia was leaked by someone and then posted on the blog. The blog was rank the top 35 website visited by Malaysian by Alexa.com so it is no surprise they would want to censored it.

Why would Google restrict a blog for posting pictures of a politician posing with her legs open for her boyfriend? The pictures were taken by her boyfriend and allegedly send to newspapers by him.

And then it was leaked onto the Internet and MMS by somebody. The blog is not based in Malaysia, the authors are not in Malaysia, No one in Malaysia is forced to visit it, so Google should not give to pressure from the political elite in Malaysia.

I know what this is about. It is about MONEY. The politician in Malaysia can probably hurt Google's money, hey I have no problem with that. But it would be nice it Google just say it, send me an email stating that I am hurting there money. Google is fully in there right to do anything with Blogger, just be honest about it. Tell me to fuck off because I am hurting your money in Malaysia.

Again the author posted another article mentions that The Gutter Blog Will Live ON...... This time he mention that certain people in Malaysian are unhappy with seeing one of their politicians spreading her legs in his blog.

The Gutter Blog Will Live On

The Gutterpost Blog was fully backed up! All Posts Were Saved! Tell your friends that the site will always be available at http://http://www.gutteruncensored.com/. Now, we just have to find a save and reliable place to host the website. Respect for Google/Blogger is lost.

Look at the Alexa.com rank of the blog, a top 35 ranking among web users in Malaysia. That is right, the blog is the 35 most visited site by Malaysian. The people want to see what the politician and elites are hiding. The blog was in compliance with American law, so a few Malaysian politicians and wealthy elites cannot killed it.

Google/Blogger know the authors of the blog are not based in Malaysia, they know the blog is not in Malaysia. So it should not be censored because certain people in Malaysian are unhappy with seeing one of their politicians spreading her legs for her boyfriend. The pictures were allegedly taken by her boyfriend who we can assume had permission to be in the room with her.

So if he betrayed her by leaking their intimate pictures to local newspaper, it is his fault and her fault for trusting him in the first place. Gutterpost DID NOT SNEAK INTO HER BEDROOM AND TAKE HER PICTURES, she allow some asshole into her bedroom and her screwed her over. He had her permission to be there so those who say this is a privacy issue are dimwits.

Go after the right people, leave the Gutterpost alone. Many people had the pictures before it was sent to the Gutterpost. Many many people in Malaysia had the intimate pictures of Elizabeth Wong before they sent it in to the Gutterpost, the blog was only among the first to post it because the blog is not based in Malaysia. Anyway, the blog will be fully restore!
